JOAN «NANOOK» WEBLEY
A cultural artivist, and attorney utilising intellectual property law for 15 years. She was a former adviser to Jamaica’s Minister of Culture, Manager of Copyright at the Jamaica Intellectual Property Office, and contributor to the Executive Boards of professional entities that developed Jamaican film, music, youth, coffee, and cannabis. Having lived in several countries, and recently relocated to Italy, she is eager to continue promoting and protecting Caribbean culture.
