Magalie Mobetie

Magalie Mobetie (b. 1996, France) mixes video, sound, 3D, augmented reality, interactivity in her creative process. Her transdisciplinary practice is confirmed at Le Fresnoy, studio national des arts contemporains (2020 – 2022), during which she investigates an old family cemetery (Anba tè, adan kò, 2021). She is interested in what is not seen and the reasons for silence.

I tend to work a bit independently on the topics I study. The MANIFEST project is an opportunity to move from an internal dialogue to a collective reflection, in a European dynamic which I think is more than welcome.
